A full refund for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs will be made after unused merchandise has been returned to Post Host, LLC within 30 days of date of delivery to the customer.
If for any reason within the return period, you are unhappy with your product or it was not what you expected, please contact email@example.com and we will be glad to assist.
Do not ship your item(s) to Post Host without contacting us first.
Please provide an order #, date of purchase, and the reason for the return. Post Host will respond in a timely manner with further instructions.
Warranty covers all defective items for up to 1 year from date of purchase. This does not include rust. Some hardware is made of steel, and is only rust resistant, not rust-proof.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
